1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. This does not include weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or any issue with your order (such as out-of-stock items or address verification), processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Time
Our standard shipping time is estimated between 5–12 business days after your order has been processed.

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination country.
- Delays can occur due to customs, local postal services, weather conditions, or peak seasons (such as holidays).
3. Shipping Locations
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. If we are unable to ship to your country or region for any reason, we will contact you and, if needed, cancel and refund your order.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update after shipment.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer, or
- Additional fees or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country’s customs office.
- These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
- The customer is responsible for paying any additional charges related to customs or import.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears to be severely delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at contact@olviero.com with your order number.
We will contact the carrier to investigate the issue and do our best to assist you with a solution, such as reshipment or other options, depending on the case.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the package and the damaged items and contact us within a reasonable time of delivery at contact@olviero.com.
We will review your claim and work with you on a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
